100 million shares to institutions at 32c is $32 million.
I for every 3.75 shares to shareholders
is approx. 680mill shares divided by 3.75 multiplied
by 22c is $39,893,000.
That would be around the $72mill mark with the extra couple of mill. over the $70mill.to finance the CP.
Only thing is that shareholders that have heavily committed themselves to NXS would have to sell shares before taking up the entitlement, which would further depress the SP.
