to answer your Q . . in the 30 min between the info being leaked and trade suspended the indiciative open price was 3.26 . . +46 . . i wpukd suggest that is minimum starting point. add on what is now signifocnt more awareness of skyt .. sellers will not be selling at 3 - blind freddy can see that . . market awareness that there is 1.3m short shares so there will be people who will want to squeeze them . . amd ultimately market has had time to totalpy see this is wbt moving to commercialisation with an organisation that is prime central in the usa strategy to regain its 1. self sufficiency and 2. become dominant in the tech sector.
wbt will certainly not be opening at last.close price as you try to suggest imo. it will gap up significantly . . question is that to 3.50 . . 4 . . or higher?
