    Can I just ask a stupid question...will proposition with I've been a holder for some years lol! Just, it's as the size of carriere is potentially so large, had to ask the question....

    May sound silly, but does a new zone such as Carrier necessarily mean a separate DFS or is it one in the same...re. considered as part of the original resource and or separate? Re. what's abt to be ann'd on the current DFS?
