Net Debt US$99.9m @ 30 June 09.
Excludes: US$76m from Placement & SPP
+US$31.5m from BMG Sale
Obviously there are costs going forward for BMG etc but on a net basis as is stands the once drowning in debt ROC is a few mil in the black.
