I don’t think the way those performance shares were granted was in the best interests of all shareholders but whether that’s illegal or the revenue associated is illegal I would have no idea and invested after the fact so that’s on me.

I normally do my DD about management but can’t say I always go in depth enough to look Into things like performance shares and options of those in charge.

Given those in the know say these cases will still be going on in 12 months time thats going to be lot of Tweeting and HC posts lol
