I will continue to think for myself, thanks.
What you hear from the 'scientific community' is subject to variation and change, and subject to selectiveness by media and politicians.
As a general principle, I don't much care for entrusting my health, well-being or life to another person or organisation.
So I apply my own risk assessment and risk management, and decide what's worth it.
For example:
Deliberately jumping out of a plane just for fun, with a parachute that was packed by someone else you don't even know...
nup.
But parachuting out of a plane that's about to crash... yep.
In the Covid case, at this point I don't feel I have a strong reason to be vaccinated, but that may change.
In the meantime, discussions re: the validity of the Delta media/political narrative are only futile in the sense that you probably can't change it...
which you could say about a lot of discussions.
