The same thought crossed my mind ands. I think if an offer was made by MLS to the vendor it would have been done in the first instance prior to the proceedings being heard. I cannot imagine the vendor being to keen to settle at this point. Although naturally this will be dependent on his legal advice as to the strength of the MLS appeal.
