At this stage I wouldn't have thought so. I'm not concerned. satellite signals aren't so good in built up areas and when the sky is clear and you do get a signal, I imagine the cost would be significantly more than using cellular data.
Space X currently require a stationary dish on your roof to get high speed data connections for their Starlink network, so it'd be phenomenal if Apple have achieved this in an iPhone.
Basically, when you're inside a building or say under trees, you're unlikely to get a satellite signal.
