Jefferies,It does not appear logical that co owners in a multimillion dollar asset would not even know each other when they appear to have been recently introduced to their partnership structure only months before the EPM deal. It was suggested they also reside in Malaysia. Which appears untrue. As I then discovered the Cerium owners are only a short walk away in an adjoining suburb to the owner. This doesn't really sound like sophisticated investor with millions in net assets. Ivittuut is being sold for tens of millions which is a sizable asset to own while renting a small unit. I do not know what this all means. But given the stories given do not match and so untrue and individual histories very unusual. I am concerned with what exactly is going on and would like to hear some answers.EPM management have done very well with their existing efforts to compile their portfolio of assets since I have been invested with them. Risking the relinquishing of control of it all back into vendors hands with uncertain identities and lengthy histories after all the bills are paid and hard work done. Concerns and perplexes me.
