An interesting scenario you put there. My thoughts on the German listing were purely for recognition and as a present and future funding source. There are some 500+ pharma companies registered in Germany being one of the largest aggregates. I think even a lot of the ones on the Swiss German border (Basel) list on the German exchange as it is the place to be. RCE over the years has stated they want to go down the commercialization process. I think if it isn't achievable then what you put forward may be feasible but I don't believe it is the main game plan.
