    ETHI is an ETF that just holds a basket of stocks that reflects the respective index, AEF is a niche fund manager so it's not very comparable. A more appropriate comparison would be ETHI vs. AEFs International Shares Fund - of which ETHI almost has double the performance.

    I hold both extensively for different reasons - ETHI being one of the highest risk adjusted return ETFs on the ASX and AEF leveraged to market performance plus net flows into AUM
