I have a feeling that the existing Board and Management were told by their bankers to have a cap raising and bring on the new directors.IT may no longer have the control he once had which will be a good thing.In fact you have to wonder exactly how long he will be around for.We may now see a steadier better balance company.
I have cancelled my sell orders and now plan to take up the RI and hang in there for a while.
