developers diversified realty selling

I suspect developers Diversified Realty Corporation will continue to sell in the market & by my estimate they could still have 45.368m units as at the close of trade yesterday.
Calculations based on the following which may not be totally accurate:
At 29/8/2008 DDR held 94.816m units 10.2% (source Morningstar data)
31/8/2009 DDR Form 604 showed them holding 5.63% (ASX announcement)
2/9/2009 DDR Form 605 showed they had sold another .82% up till 1/9/2009 so still holding 4.81% of units (ASX announcement 2/9/2009.
Based on most recent MDT full year accounts 30/6/2009 there appears to be 943,203,042 units so 4.81% would equate to around 45.368m units still held by DDR.
So if DDR continue to sell into the MDT market we can expect some weakeness till their 45.368m shares are absorbed by the market.
