I love how non holders like you seem to think that just because someone doesn't have a position in a company (long or short) that they are unbiased. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I am not getting their ads, maybe you searched for Core Lithium. Also it is not unusual for a company to advertise during and after a CR or SPP. No red flag for me, but like most long termers, I am seeing a bit of green:
