I agree with some of your assessment...
but this one....
If you are waiting for the white knights BHP AF to bid and trump IGO I cant see it happening with those financials.
So why would IGO bid with those financials?
Your cognitive bias is on display.
BHP & AF both have deeper pockets than IGO to fix any balance sheet. For WSA, it'll be a rounding adjustment for BHP/AF.
WSA is strategic for BHP, less so for AF.
Why I think that if IGO bids it needs to be at least $4.00 per share., page-95
