After PTL completed the acquisition, I placed an order with HwB to see what the experience was like.
The order was submitted not long before Father's Day so I expected there to be delays. It wasn't for my deceased father, needless to say.
The order arrived today to a Melbourne suburban address in perfect condition. The recipient was very pleased with it, saying that it was just what they liked and well presented.
I have to say HwB passed my little one-off test with flying colours. Impressed!
