Here are the 12 month charts of the two, overlayed. I've shifted the DW8 chart back about 5 weeks, as IOU had its initial spike a couple of months earlier than DW8.
The chart for DW8 is the dark blue one, and ends at todays close. As you can see, up until 2 months ago, IOU (lighter blue) mirrored that trajectory very closely. But the past 5 weeks has seen IOU reverse that trajectory, after slowing down its downward trend and bottoming out, and has just over the past couple of days, crossed all its EMAs and confirmed signs of recovery.
I'm hopeful at some point over the next month, we'll see similiar recovery from DW8.
