Yep exactly right. Richards is on a very good wicket at MYX and there is absolutely no way that Richards is going to walk away from his yearly (mostly non performance based) multi million dollar per year contract unless he is given a decent push in the form of a no confidence vote majority from the rest of the MYX Board.
