BPH should lodge an official complaint with the ABC.
To suggest that PEP 11 is actively trying to kill people would surely be in breach of the ABC's code of conduct for broadcasters.
There is also a mandate to achieve balance (ie. both sides of the story).
BPH taking action might at least lead to some greater impartiality in future interviews.
