In the most recent company report the AAC NTA is quoted as $1.75, at that level the current share price is still a healthy discount even after the rise on 6th Sep.
Is it possible that the current NTA is under valued? given the dramatic rise in the price of farmland? I think the price of livestock has also risen. However as AAC have approx 7m ha of land that will dwarf the value of 350k cattle.
Could this be the driver of share price rise now and in the future, or am I overlooking something?. On paper it seems to be incredible that a company that owns so much land is worth less than a very small tech startup with no assets at all.
