I think TLS underlying rationale is a positive one....that does not mean it will work though.........
The rationale is: in Australian market TLS offers a substantially better mobile product to its customers...that's NEXT G......albeit, it offers it at a pretty penny...
So the logic is, once you experience the product you can rely on, you won't move on.....to TLS credit, they have reduced churn...
I still am skeptical though: my view is customers have no idea what a better service is and are largely swung by emotional ad campaigns and brands
