This is interesting. It leads me to believe that it is in the interest of EAPs to delay signing a commercial contract or IP agreement. In effect they could complete most of their research and development before signing. And when they do finally sign, Boom they hit the market running. How many times did Rob say Exciting Times in the latest podcast.
