Just to squash a little of this bickering on peoples opinion on the board of directors.... The company while releasing the news that Alice was retiring (29th July 2021) clearly stated their short term intensions:

Plus I don't expect there to be hundred's of people to choose from lol this would be someone with an understanding but probably not much experience in this field... Plus as Walker5 points out - we may not need this person quite yet - just remember (and for anyone new to AXE) they run a very tight ship and have done since listing. That why we have only 225m share on issue...!!! and that for a exploration company which has been listed now for over 10 years...!!!
