Obviously you are new to WBT and to place any blame on WBT at all is not good. If you know or have been involved in any corporate transactions you will know that important and crucial announcements are always penned are always penned in advanced to the PR companies and to any authorities i:e ASX. Once the Authorities have been informed and have accepted then generally the CEO or PRO will give the go Ahead to release the announcement.
The WBT have always been above board and open with Shareholders.
