Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-58

I am a bit confused. According to EFE. There is no reason for the price jump at all. They only mentioned the MOU to point out that:

"Other than the Trigg Hill Lithium Tantalum Project, which if acquired by the
Companyand following the definition of an initial exploration target will become
part of a joint venture with Yahua, there are no specific assets or projects that
the Partnership intends to acquire now or in the future."

So basically it is all hanging on a the expectation that the exploration target is of interest which they don't know yet and then that is hanging on whether they manage to acquire this site or not.

Sounds like the SP will drop again back to below 0.02c to me. I really hope I am wrong. But I am considering selling tomorrow and buying back in at a lower price. DYOR. GLTAH.
