It does seem that way now , this last year has seen periods of accumulating , then tanking back a while , yet always bottoming ? sticking around the mid 7 ‘s it seems the money is on the company surviving / thriving so for my money it appears good to be on board , with a few new major holders this last year added to the register thinking ditto . Once the legal situation is cleared up and if more positive trading info eventuates , could see the S / P pick up considerably . . imho.
