The credentials and caliber of the CEO is going to be very telling. To attract top candidates we know that BrainChip is going to have to entice them with a large parcel of shares as part of their package. The shares will likely be conditional on a number of things not least the CEO completing a certain amount of time in the role. For such an offer to be attractive the candidate will have to have a fair degree of confidence in the future of Akida. Be a bummer if you gave the company a solid couple of years work to find that the shares you were awarded are worthless. At a guess, the candidates will have done their research and be quite excited by the prospect of being awarded a couple of million BrainChip shares in the future.
