Everyone please relax.
I have been in esg for over 12 months and all i am doing is talking it through.
I have built a very successful business by constantly talking things through.
If it sounds like winging that was not my intention, if you want to read all sunshine posts and everthing is going to be alright just bar all of my posts or don't read them.

There is nothing wrong with talking it through and verbalising your thoughts, I am not bothered in the least by what other posters put up so just go with the flow.
