When I checked with the company, they said the only thing holding up finance was the Philippines companies doing their due diligence on the finance. As soon as that's done, they'll announce the finance / offtake to the market
If the partners for the Mabilo project have to do due diligence, maybe it speaks to Mabo getting finance for the project, rather than a CR? That would be great to avoid further dilution.
