Already, we are looking at an IPO price per share of almost double that of, .20c.

In my opinion, this has been very well planned-out by the Company, and, I note that the 180 million fully paid ordinary shares that the Company wishes to seek approval on, looks far more attractive now. My concerns of dilution are now not a concern at all.

Dr. Agarwal, still has the rest of September 2021, to convert more of the 180 million outstanding options, however, I think this is unlikely, but could happen though.

All in my opinion and speculation, of course. Please do your own research.

Agree @1ncog, far better off issuing 80 million shares in the raise on the Nasdaq at 40c, (or 1.6 million ADS's) then 160 million at 20c. Way less dilution.
That being said, a Dr writing out a 4 million dollar cheque is an enormous vote of confidence.
Win win for share holders. At a point I thought he would convert them all, but 40 million is a big amount for anyone to find.
I hope he doesn't convert more and rest is done on Nasdaq now I really think about it.
