They paid dividends in the first instance with borrowed funds (you will find that is the problem- not the FREE available cash I am discussing). They have a definition in their financial report that discusses 60-100% distribution after commitments that include CAPEX.
CRN will only acquire Met coal assets, and the good product mine.
Further, we have enough resource to keep us going for 30 years, so not sure buying extar coal assets makes much sense?
You may be missing the point, if it is $1B as per my 'back of the envelope', that will be in excess of 50c, therefore SP would sky rocket as currently that suggests a 41% yield.
