To be honest I agree with you in some respects. But they are also in the middle of a drill campaign across steam engine and bottletree that is showing some promise. What choices do they have? They either need to continue and expand drilling via additional funds. The only two choices are capital raise or debt.
Do you expect a company to just sit still, not fill it's coffers again and continue the campaign. I don't like the capital raise timing. I think you can argue that, but whether they had to, I think there is little discussion.
