I think you will find most of this is done/ or in the pipeline

1. Sell Greenbrier - Already for sale
2. Use cashflow to get BMC at a good price - Not sure why when we can exploit the assets we have - there is still expansion of existing assets in the pipeline, and in fact some have been stalled to cover off your point 4 below.
3. If there's a good price consider Logan/Buchanan sales (but regional diversity can be good so no hurry to sell the more sustainable of the 2 producing US assets) - Agree, its nor here nor there.
4. Paydown debt - Will be done within 3-5 months at this rate
5. Distribute excess capital. - Now we are talking and my point I am making!! This was the primary objective when first listed.
