Well I'm glad we can all agree JXT's mgmt probably know better than you. And I think we can also agree she did not sell because she knew she could pick up cheaper ones down the track - it was for her own personal reasons, and a very small percentage (esp considering husband's combined ownership)...after many years of hard work to get this business where it is today: attracting invested partner in Songtradr, talent like Beth... and list goes on. Having shareholders rant on a professional Zoom chat, rather than asking an intelligible questions is unproductive to say the least.
