Appointment of a high ranking CEO would certainly send a signal to the market that brainchip is for real.
The only reason a high ranking CEO would jump on board a small cap 50c per share company that is at the beginning of its initial pivot from being R&D focused to sales-driven is because they believe in the technology and can see a long pathway into the future.
