I think it could be something as simple as a 3:1 or 4:1 share swap. That would be straight forward and pretty easy to vote on and I am sure the major BEPPA holders would vote that in.
Or along a different line, limiting the amount of conversion at maturity. I don't know, say 3:1 or 4:1. Again that would be an easy amendment to do.
At the end of the day, whatever they do, if they bring the capital raising through at the ordinary level, they will simply make the issue as big as they need to make it at whatever price they want to make it at, eg if (say) they want to raise $1B, and the price is 5 cents, then its 20 billion new shares and so on.
