You "Birchcorp" are living in a fantasy world and frankly you don't appear to have anything like the smarts to work your way out.

Did you not understand the current ROW producer's recent financials, both QR & AR, sitting on $680M cash, EBITDA safely +$200Mpa, you don't think that's a winning streak on 75% capacity??? Mkt certainly does, certainly judging by what they paid me for my stock.

There is virtually no NdPr being exported from China, current ROW producer meeting ROW demand at 75% capacity leaving 25% or 1800tpa NdPr on hold with plans to add 3300tpa NdPr Malaysia & 1500tpa NdPr USA, basically ANOTHER 7000tpa NdPr over the 5000tpa NdPr meeting ROW mkt ATM.

That's a PROVEN capacity, engineering DONE (inhouse, 'cause they can, incl HRE), basically fully financed, and likely further Govt support to flow. Contrast that to your pile of PDF's, and "secret" offtakes, with fairies at the bottom of the garden.

Birchcorp I'm not living in the past, I'd probably still be holding most if not all the current producer if I were, I'm looking at reality, China is dominating +90% of oxide production specifically NdPr and +90% of high end NdFeB production with projections they'll grow to 400Ktpa sufficient to meet global demand.

I've sold because high probability Japanese NdFeB manufacture is going to get squeezed further (BTW, you ever bothered to look at the financials magnet/metals division Shin Etsu, Hitachi, TDK? Didn't think so, not a clue) and I'm not confident USG is going to create an enviro where NdFeB manufacture can grow sustainably to add to the Japanese.

Quite hope I might be wrong on that big picture but ATM everything is pointing opposite direction, regardless ARU and a large number of dreamboats have no role to play beyond the nonsense these pages.
