So you don't put any value on their stake in the NZ property manager (PMG)? Yes, smaller (and illiquid) compared to IAP, but I would argue that is a bit more of an access opportunity. Hopefully will be clearer on how much income/profit this generates moving forward - all we know at the moment is that it's growing fast.

It will help once that have cleaned out the drawer of their micro holdings (3 gladesville appartments, start in Home centre, Dealt etc). All small bits and pieces, but will be sold off before long.
