A tidbit that I picked up on in the proposed issue of securities notice is the parcel size options this cap raise will be run with.
I am also surprised that ABB closed higher today. Most of the time the company would fall back closer to the new offer price. I guess that shows the strength of the offer coupled with good market sentiment.
