PLL got stake in SYA at cheap price I think it was 12 million USD, currently SYA is in a position to walk with or without PLL.
SYA was recently oversubscribed by 63 million AUD it means it is capable of raising funds on its own including offtake agreement.
But why they can walk without PLL?
Because SYA owns 75% stake SYA Quebec and they have NAL and car makers are hungry for lithium, as we all know demand will surpass supply for years to come.
what it essentially means anyone producing material for lithium battery will be sold.
I don't think PLL will offload anything in SYA as it's their strategic investment. All above is my opinion only.
