With regards to the previously speculated corporate action ..... is it not more likely to happen before a parcel of new scrip enters the register ?
I mean if you were hoping for a $1 takeover (just an example) then surely you'd still want a $1 takeover price target ..... but for any predator that may be looking at NXS then buying out the new scrip in addition makes the total price alot more expensive .
