ISX has not provided shareholders anything credible in terms of relisting. No dates and no exchange. It is essentially dangling liquidity infront of shareholders with no actual plan other than broad unenforcable promises.

What ISX has provided though, is a vehicle to ensure the perfromance shares remain valid for the insiders that have come up with this demerger idea, regardless of the outcome of the ASIC lawsuit which has them under serious question.
