You may be correct.
I make the comment because I’m assuming the Waturta had a right to negotiate.
My understanding of future acts in this context is that NT claimants are party to negotiations and negotiations usually result in the NT party getting something.
Has a ILUA been registered or going to be registered?
I can’t see a NT party being steam rolled post Junkan Caves.
