Why are you so naive to think that investors don’t realise that this is a feasibility study. The market cap is only under $40M. Of course they don’t have a boat!
People are investing based on future potential. That’s how the market works.
The WA government gave them a substantial grant because they foresee potential here. If you don’t, then move on.
