Certainly better value buying LST compared to CAH.
CAH 13.5*11= $1.485
Add on 10c dividend = $1.585
The rest of the shares LST holds are now worth over 70c after the increase in prices of IRN,SPH etc, so these are thrown in for free at present prices.
