    Good. Can understand your rationale.

I am sharing the link to one of my previous post: HC POST

I stick to this stock for various reasons:

    Splitit wise:

    1. The revenue has been increasing year on year.
    2. As per your stats the increase in merchants does not reflect in revenue; however there is no guarantee a merchant sign-up would bring in revenue, Splitit has to be marketed to the consumers as well.
    3. Trajectory of SPT is better than Zip and Sezzle in the formative years, so another couple of years can reveal the true picture.
    4. I am not sure whether you included the partnerships with tabby , qisstpay , google japan and union pay into account, we are yet to see the revenues from these streams flowing through, it should be in this financial year.
    5. The technology is solid and the cost involved in developing the solution is quite high, but that has been completed, so going forward the cost of revenue should decrease.
    6. SPT has more than substantial cash reserve and loan facility to pump up the growth
    7. Lastly the share price is nearing the bottom, if it falls to .30 or .20 i will do a substantial top-up to dollar average so if the company picks up it can rake in good profits.

    Personal Reasons:

    1. I am at 40% loss, and the share price is nearing the bottom, so there is upside through which I can recoup my losses or if the company does extremely well, i can end up with a handsome profit.

    2. Mine is a diversified portfolio with substantial exposure to travel stocks, which would shoot up after lockdown, so the losses would be covered , and I can wait for upside.

I would be happy to hear your views , I believe the forum could be more informative for everyone when ideas and views are exchanged.
