As funny as this may be, we should put that mysterious post about fraud in perspective.. There is one guy complaining about his credit card being charged with $18.37.... Back in 2008. His statement that Westpac told him they had a big list about edelweiss is somewhat questionable... For a start Westpac would never ever tell a thing like that to anybody. "Senior Duty Officer"... Give me a break... They are handling internet transactions. No wonder people complain about them...
In all, the company may well be much bigger than we think. The problem is that they are registered in Australia but actually sit in Switzerland where all the money is getting channelled to. They may well have a paid share capital of $10 but that's not the whole story. So I very much believe there is more to it than we want to see. Just wait a few more days until we get to see the bidder statement.
Exciting stuff. Yes, the offer is crap, but it's creating a buzzzzz
