    to increase shareholders value there are many opportunities available to Tassal’s, this includes but not limited too;
    - efficiencies in growth cycles of salmons and prawns. Grow the species to the largest quickest saleable product. This is still being refined.
    - increase market opportunities by accessing new markets throughout the globe.
    - capturing more market share within existing markets, the market has projections based off ABS/fisheries aquaculture data as being a growth industry.
    - expanding operations and creating more lines of value added products. Things like premarinaded options are available but this could also expand into reheated meals.
    - increase dividend payout ratio (when the time is right).
    - additional species added to the aquaculture business such as kingfish, octopus etc. Or alternatively use/create emerging technology to farm the impossible squid or tuna.
    - acquisition & diversification of business. Potentially buy out king island cheese, or something that has synergies with TGR.

    That said the growth for TGR rests with the market. Most of Asia 2+ billion ppl need food, and well there is much left in their oceans. TGR is geographically in a prime position to use aquaculture to fill a gap in supply and capitalise on surging hog prices. So their best opportunity to deliver growth (even though they have demonstrated this year on year already) is to continually refine operations and be prepared to expand when demand picks up, which it will.
    TGR is a short favourite as it’s a high risk industry with some residual headwinds from COVID, but the actual reality is the business is fundamental stable and is doing the things to add shareholder value right now. TGR doesn’t need to worry about doing too much more atm, they just need to execute the current strategy and the shareholders are rewarded accordingly.
