So now we know how PH got his figure of 20ktpa production, using circuit 2 full production with high grade blended with other deposits. The old Norilsk mine plan but with very low capex high margins.
Its a winner, large revenue large margins, low capex $22M versus $800M to build it, plus another 1.1MTpa in reserve to double capacity to 2.2MTpa when needed ready built.
GR wants the work, give it to them.
