I also wonder if it could be an opportunity for PAC to increase their holding in QGQ, once it is listed.
They must be quite disappointed not to have invested more initially.
They invested only 2.7 m USD in GQG, as GQG only drew part of the equity line (of 4 m USD) than PAC provided to them.
Anyway, the return on this investment is quite unique (in 5 years) looking at the valuation they expect from QGQ IPO.
